Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 14, 2026 · Last updated: June 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how 10676187 Canada Inc (“LemurIA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the LemurIA mobile application (the “App”) and this website (together, the “Service”).
The short version: LemurIA is built to collect as little as possible. We do not require an account to use the free App, and we do not collect personal information from you directly except your name and email address, and only if you create a paid (Premium) account. The free App shows ads through Google AdMob, which collects certain device data on its own — details below.
1. Information we collect
Free use of the App
You can use the free version of the App without creating an account. We do not ask you for your name, email, or other identifying details to play frequencies, browse presets, or run an ECHO Scan.
Premium accounts
If you choose to purchase or sign up for a Premium account, we collect:
- Your name (or display name), and
- Your email address.
We use this only to create and manage your account, restore your purchase across devices, and contact you about your subscription or support requests.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play through their in-app purchase systems. We never receive or store your full payment card details — those are handled entirely by Apple, Google, and their payment processors under their own privacy policies.
2. How we use information
We use the limited information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain your Premium account and unlock paid features;
- Restore purchases you have made;
- Respond to your support questions; and
- Send essential account or service messages (for example, billing or material changes to the Service). We do not send marketing email without your consent.
3. Third-party services
To operate the Service we rely on a small number of third parties who may process data under their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob — the free version of the App displays advertising via Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob may collect device-level information such as a device/advertising identifier, approximate location, and ad-interaction data. See the Google advertising policy. You can limit personalised ads in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Google → Ads). Premium removes ads.
- Apple & Google — as the app store and payment providers, and (where applicable) for account sign-in.
- Google Firebase — if used to store Premium account data and sync your preferences.
We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
4. Data stored on your device
Your settings, favourites, and ECHO Scan results are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us unless you have a Premium account that syncs them. Removing the App removes this local data.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- with the service providers listed above, to operate the Service;
- if required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights and users; or
- in connection with a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition), in which case we will notify you.
6. Data retention & deletion
We keep Premium account data for as long as your account is active. You may ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will delete it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal or accounting obligations.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
8. Children
The Service is rated for general audiences but is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new “Last updated” date, and for material changes we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
